The yard sign will promote your home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will direct buyers to the office or website for more information.
MLS Entry: The entry of your property into the Multiple Listing System (MLS) is one of the most powerful ways to gain exposure for your home. The MLS is a searchable computer database that inventories all real estate company listings and is accessible to only real estate professionals.
Open house events: A private broker reception will present your home to key real estate professionals and generate word of mouth interest. I will also schedule public open house events at the property and advertise these events in the St. Louis Post Dispatch, Suburban Journal and other local publications.

- Direct mail campaigns: To create awareness for recently listed properties, a full-color postcard featuring a photograph and detailed description of the property is mailed to your neighborhood and other select groups of prospective buyers. Postcards are also sent to neighbors after your home has been sold.
- Additional advertising and feature stories: When appropriate, we will advertise your property in additional publications such as the areas home magazines/books and community papers. Also, when an opportunity presents itself, we will try to get a feature story placed.
- Marketing reports: We update our sellers weekly on all activities related to the marketing of your home. This chronological report will include a list of agent showings with client and a list of website activity.
